General Catering Information and Services Available:
Setting the Date: Book early to assure the date you want.

Event Sites: We are completely portable, and can set up most anyplace you need. From backyards, to parks, to assembly halls.

Guest Count: A firm count is required at leat 6 days before the event. We will prepare for that number, and the client agrees to pay for that number as a guaranteed minimum.

Weddings: Receptions are catered with complete attention to detail. We are aware of how important this day is for you, and we are happy to be a part of it by providing you with exceptional food and service. Please inquire about our packages and pricing.

Leftover Policy: We prepare enough food to generously serve the guest count that we are given 6 days prior to the event. Please understand that the client is paying for that specific number of guests to be fed, not for a set quantity of food. We always bring more food than needed because we would never want to run out! Food safety, being of the highest priority, demands that we incorporate the policy of not releasing any 'left over' food. We cannot compromise the safety of you or your guests by 'left over' food being out of our control and not safely held. We appreciate your cooperation

Event Fee: A 17% event fee is applicable to all staffed events. This fee covers local transportation & truck costs, insurance liabilities, props,buffet linens and decorations, planning time, buffet serving equipment,etc.

Gratuities: We feel gratuities should be left to the client's discretion. Therefore, although always appreciated by the staff, we do not impose a mandatory gratuity in our pricing.

Rentals: We can arrange rentals of tents, pig roasters, guest tables, and chairs, to name a few.
|
Prices: Charges listed are subject to change prior to contracting a party. Prices and menus for corporate picnics and larger events are quoted on an individual basis. |

Take-Out for Self Service: Most menus are available for take-out self service. The food is presentd in disposable dishes. Hot foods will be in aluminum trays that are compatible with chafer racks. Cold foods and salads are displayed in either black bowls or trays with clear dome lids. Simply pop off the lids, and set the fully garnished bowls on your serving table. We supply serving utensils for your convenience. Paper products and wire chafer racks with sterno are available at an additional cost. |
Delivery Options: |
- Drop-Off Only: Food items will be boxed and delivered to your site. No table set-up. Access must be available for delivery truck. Prices are based on distance. Minimum local charge starts at $40.00.

- Drop-Off with Set-Up: Have the buffet delivered to your table! Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will set the buffet for you with chafer racks and serving items. Buffet table must be covered and ready for set-up. Client to supply basket(s) or holders for rolls and/or utensils and napkins. Set-up is priced per event and must be pre-planned. Minimum base charge is $70.00 (set-up and local delivery) whith chafer racks added as needed. All items (including chafer racks) are non-returnable and yours to keep. Paper products and chafer racks are additionally priced.

Staffed Buffet Service: 65 adult minimum guest count on most menus. We supply heavy Chinette plates and heavy plasticware. We also supply the necessary buffet tables (if needed) and linens along with serving equipment for your menu. Prices include set-up and breakdown of buffet tables and serve time. Normal serve time is 1 1/2 to 2 hours unless otherwise indicated. Extended time available if pre-planned. Additional staffing may be required for some events or locations.

Carving Service: Hosting a pig roast? Can't find a volunteer carver? We'll send one of our professionals to your site! Sit back and enjoy the party while a carver serves up our tasty pork for your guests. Service time up to 2 hours. $70.00 (travel time may be incurred depending on location)
